Condolence: I recently only heard of Ciro's passing. I was greatly shocked. Ciro always greeted me with kindness and warmth when I would speak with him at Sun Life. I only wished I had known of this loss and been able to at least come to pay my last respects. To me Ciro was a decent, loving person - I will miss him.
